You should take MR DO-IT-ALL 45+ daily without breaks. There is plenty of scientific evidence that continuous use builds the full benefits and effects over time, but no evidence that taking a break is useful.
MR DO IT ALL 45+ contains the scientifically proven dosage of 300 mg Bluenesse® per day. Studies show that Bluenesse® is able to increase performance, alertness, concentration, mental focus and working memory. It has a calming effect, especially helpful under stress. The effect is felt within one hour after ingestion and is still measurable after three hours.
After about 24 hours you will feel the effect of vitamins that support your energy metabolism. In the first month, users report stronger nails, more beautiful hair and more.
But the real optimization often becomes apparent after a few months of continuous use.
You can take one or two capsules together in the morning.
Caffeine can inhibit the absorption of nutrients. Therefore, we recommend that you space out at least 30 minutes before or after taking caffeine before taking this premium organic supplement.
Also, take the capsules with some food, as this will help your body absorb MR DO IT ALL 45+ and all its ingredients optimally.
