Tasks

Supporting the Customer Happiness team in answering customer inquiries and general administrative tasks to increase customer satisfaction

Advising and supporting our customers by phone, email, chat and social media, including follow-up communication and escalation management

Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of FAQ documents and advisory materials and continuous updating of this content

Support in the organization and implementation of customer workshops and events, including follow-up and evaluation

Collecting and evaluating customer feedback to continuously improve our service offering and preparing corresponding reports and analysis
Qualification

Ideally you are studying ecotrophology or similar

You have a high level of service orientation, always find the right words and the best possible solution

You are confident in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

You have a pleasant telephone voice and excellent written and spoken German and can also communicate well with international customers in English

Tasks
- Email marketing: Planning and implementation of email campaigns and further development of our marketing automation flows in Klaviyo.
- Content creation: creation and optimization of landing pages, newsletters, blog posts and brochures as well as graphic work with Canva
- Store management: Maintaining and updating our online store via WooCommerce to present products and content in an up-to-date and high-conversion manner.
- Data analysis: Analysis of user data with Google Analytics in order to derive well-founded recommendations for our marketing measures.
Qualification
- Experience with WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Canva, Jira and Asana.
- Sound knowledge in the creation and optimization of e-mail campaigns and flows.
- Ideally interest or knowledge in the field of dietary supplements.
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English.
- Structured, independent and careful way of working.
- Creative writing and the ability to present complex topics clearly and comprehensibly.

Further develop the Ogaenics online shop. For this, we are looking for someone who is proficient in shop systems, identifies potential for improvement, and reliably implements projects. Our next big step: the switch from WooCommerce to Shopify.
Tasks
- You manage our WooCommerce shop and further develop product pages, landing pages, and purchasing processes.
- You support the Shopify migration with external technical partners: You define requirements, coordinate implementation, and check data, functions, and the shopping experience before launch.
- You analyze user behavior and implement concrete improvements for conversion and organic visibility.
- You support online projects and product launches – from briefing to quality control.
- You specifically use AI to process analyses, content, and recurring tasks more efficiently, and carefully check the results.
What makes this role special
You will work directly on the further development of our digital business. Your ideas will flow into the new Shopify shop, and you will support improvements until visible results are achieved. For technical implementation, you will collaborate with external specialists.
Qualification
- Several years of practical experience in e-commerce and very good WooCommerce knowledge.
- You have actively supported a migration to Shopify and can specifically describe your contribution.
- You are familiar with SEO and conversion optimization and are proficient in web analysis tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console.
- You deal with GEO – visibility in AI searches – and ideally have already implemented initial measures.
- You work independently, set clear priorities, and can clearly coordinate requirements with agencies and developers.
- You have a good sense for high-quality brands, clear content, and a convincing shopping experience.
