Tasks
- One of your first tasks at Ogaenics will be to set up and implement a new online shop system, as we are planning to migrate from Woocomerce to Shopify
- Your job also includes the organization and management of the relevant interfaces to the webshop, in particular fulfillment and accounting
- The analysis, further development and optimization of the store in terms of technology, UX, storytelling and conversion rate belong to your area of responsibility
Regular analyses of usability, performance, purchase and click behavior of customers are part of your daily business. - You are also responsible for the technical SEO as well as impulse generator for SEO content measures
- You create analyses of user behavior with the help of common tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Ahrefs) and develop effective ideas to increase the conversion rate
- You plan A/B tests and execute them
- Your tasks also include layout optimizations and the introduction of new functions
- You are also responsible for general website maintenance (campaigns, product launches)
- You support the customer service first level
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business administration, computer science, marketing or communication sciences or have a comparable education.
- You have a sound knowledge of online store systems (ideally Woocommerce and Shopify) and are proficient in HTML, CSS, Liquid and Javascript.
- You have first professional experience in conversion rate optimization with A/B testing and ideally also first experience in SEO
- You are confident in using common web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Ahrefs)
- You think analytically and can derive concrete measures from data
- You have a strong technical understanding
- You think entrepreneurially and drive the development of your area of responsibility independently
- You have fluent written and spoken German and good English skills
- You ideally have a passion for healthy and sustainable supplements
