Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. If the goods are returned to us freight collect as part of a revocation, we will deduct €18 return postage from the refund. If the right of return is exercised, all gifts that were part of the purchase contract must also be returned.

Please also note that your right of withdrawal on our food supplements expires if the seal has been removed after delivery . Items whose seal has been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal and can no longer be returned.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in the context of a uniform order and these are delivered uniformly, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial consignments or pieces, or
• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the first goods, provided that you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Novel Nutriology GmbH, Johnsallee 30, 20148 Hamburg, Germany, phone number: +49(0)40/696 32 79-61, e-mail address: hello@novel-nutriology.com, fax number: +49(0)40/696 32 79-89) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail or fax) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such revocation.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation was sent before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel the contract, we have all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that another type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us was chosen), immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of cancellation of the contract is received by us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that was used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods and all gifts that were part of the purchase contract to Hansenlogistic Baack + Hansen GbR, Haus 15, c/o Novel Nutriology, Borsteler Chaussee 85-99a, 22453 Hamburg without delay and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
