Unfortunately, there is no scientific evidence for whether the ingredients are suitable for continuous intake. The available studies lasted a maximum of three months and showed exclusively positive effects.
We therefore recommend taking a break after a period of 3 months.
Your body begins to utilize the ingredients just a few hours after ingestion. Within 24 hours you can feel the effect of ADAPTO GENIE, because the ingredients support the energy metabolism in the body. In the first month, users report more inner peace and balance, fewer feelings of stress, and better sleep. For optimal results, you should take this organic supplement every day for 60 days straight.
Take one capsule twice a day with a glass of water. It is ideal if you take the two capsules at different times, for example morning and noon or morning and evening.
We also recommend taking this Ogaenics organic supplement with some food, as this will help your body absorb all of its ingredients optimally. This does not have to be a full meal, a small snack is sufficient.
