Adapto Genie contains KSM-66 Ashwagandha in clinical dosage and in organic quality. Clinical studies with this active ingredient confirm that it can be taken continuously for up to three months without the development of tolerance or negative effects.
To prevent tolerance build-up and thus ensure an optimal effect, we recommend taking a break of one week after three months of continuous use before continuing to take the product.
Furthermore, studies such as that by Kuchewar et al. from 2014, the safety of ashwagandha even with prolonged use. This specific study shows that a six-month intake of ashwagandha root extract had no adverse effects on liver or kidney function in healthy volunteers, suggesting good tolerability for up to six months.
There is also research looking at the safety of KSM-66 ashwagandha over even longer periods of time and at higher dosages, including studies evaluating consumption over 12 months and at dosages of up to 2 grams per day over a 12-week period.
Your body begins to utilize the ingredients just a few hours after ingestion. Absolutely! You can take ADAPTO GENIE as soon as you have given birth. The included ashwagandha is an excellent herb to support postnatal hormone balance, strengthen the postpartum body, and better manage stress that may occur during the adjustment to motherhood.

I cannot yet assess the effectiveness of the product, as I have only been taking it for four weeks and sometimes only one capsule. Due to this, I haven’t noticed a significant change in my well-being yet. However, it might be that I am sleeping a bit better. I like the quality of the packaging, but I would prefer if the ingredients were also printed on the glass bottle. I would, of course, make a recommendation after thoroughly testing the product for at least three months.
