    Ich hatte diesen Sommer durch Stress, Corona und saisonalem Haarausfall so starken Haarausfall bekommen, dass die Hälfte meiner Haare innerhalb 1,5 Monaten ausgefallen sind. Die Hairleluja-Kapseln nehme ich seit 4 Monaten und die Beauty Base-Kapseln dazu seit einem Monat. Der Haarausfall hat sich nun stabilisiert, jedoch ist insbesondere mein Haaransatz noch ausgedünnt. Gleichzeitig wachsen Babyhaare aber auch wieder nach 🙂 Ich mache zusätzlich Kopfhautbehandlungen und ich denke, dass die Kombination von innen und außen effektiv für den Wachstum ist.
