The formula combines a complete natural B complex with all eight B vitamins in their active form with important key female nutrients like iron and folate. Your daily serving provides 14.1 mg natural iron and 405 µg folate, embedded in 916 mg Organic Plant Blend.
B1, B2, B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), B6, B7 (Biotin), B9 (Folate), and B12 – all eight B vitamins in their natural form, derived from pure organic plants.

Your questions
With menstruation, you lose blood and therefore iron. That’s why your iron requirement is usually higher than for women who don’t menstruate.
MRS 18+ provides 14.1 mg iron per daily serving. If you have heavy periods or persistent tiredness, have your iron status checked by a doctor.

MRS 18+ is your daily base for everyday life. As soon as you’re planning a pregnancy, MRS PRENATAL is the formula developed for that.
For pregnancy and breastfeeding, MRS PRENATAL is our specially developed formula. It supports you through both phases – with natural nutrients from organic sources.
Use it as an alternative to MRS 18+. Because of overlapping nutrients, you should discuss taking both multivitamins additionally with your doctor.

I’ve been using Mrs Do-It-All since day one and am still thrilled. By now, I’ve also noticed that my fingernails have become stronger – not hard and brittle (as they were before), but strong yet flexible. My skin has continued to improve (I’ve already mentioned this), the complexion is much finer and more even, and it feels even better. I’m sure I also owe that to the Timeless Skin Complex, which I also take.
Next, I’ll focus on the Vitamin D and Vitamin B complex. I’m really looking forward to it. I’m still so excited that these products help so much. What’s most important to me is that they are organic. I eat 90% organic, and I didn’t want to compromise on supplements. I think that’s fantastic! I wholeheartedly recommend these products. And the price-performance ratio is more than fair 🙂

Ich benutze Mrs Do-It-All jetzt seit der ersten Stunde und bin nach wie vor begeistert. Mittlerweile habe ich auch bemerkt, dass meine Fingernägel stabiler geworden sind, nicht hart und spröde (das waren sie vorher), sondern stabil und trotzdem biegsam.
Meine Haut hat sich noch weiter verbessert (ich hatte dazu schon geschrieben), das Hautbild ist viel feiner und gleichmäßiger geworden und sie fühlt sich noch besser an. Das habe ich bestimmt auch dem Timeless-Skin-Komplex zu verdanken, den ich auch nehme.
Als nächstes werde ich mich an das Vitamin-D und den Vitamin-B-Komplex machen. Bin schon sehr gespannt. Ich bin immer noch sehr begeistert darüber, dass diese Produkte so gut helfen. Mir ist vor allem wichtig, dass sie bio sind. Ich ernähre mich zu 90% bio und da wollte ich bei der Nahrungsergänzung keine Kompromisse machen. Das finde ich ganz großartig! Ich kann die Produkte von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mehr als in Ordnung :)

Ich habe schon länger keine Vitamine mehr zusätzlich genommen, aber vor einiger Zeit doch mal wieder den Wunsch danach gehabt. Ich hatte rissige Mundwinkel, pickelige Haut und konnte nicht gut schlafen. Durch Zufall bin ich auf die Ogaenics-Produkte gestoßen und nehme schon fast 2 Monate Mrs Do-It-All. Schon nach ein paar Tagen habe ich gemerkt, dass meine Haut besser wird, die Mundwinkel nicht mehr rissig sind und ich wesentlich besser schlafen kann. Außerdem geht es mir körperlich einfach besser. Diese Wirkung hat mich echt überrascht, und zwar sehr positiv. Ich hatte früher Vitamine zugesetzt, die mich im Monat mehr gekostet haben als dieses Produkt.
