You should take MRS DO-IT-ALL 65+ daily without breaks. Many of the vitamins and trace elements it contains are water-soluble, i.e. your body cannot store them. It is therefore important that you take your organic multivitamin daily without gaps. There is also plenty of scientific evidence that continuous use builds the full benefits and effects over time, but no evidence that taking a break is useful.
