Which forms of magnesium are contained in Calm A Lama?

In a market dominated by synthetic forms of magnesium, it can be confusing to understand real, natural magnesium from plants. Many of the supposedly “organic” magnesium compounds that are advertised are in fact synthetically produced. Although some are found in plants, the main form of magnesium found in nature is bound as the central atom in chlorophyll – hence magnesium-rich foods are often dark green leafy vegetables.
