Calcium and magnesium are deliberately separate products in Ogaenics, as they compete with the trace elements in MR DO-IT-ALL 45+ for absorption and should be taken at separate times.
It is true that the absorption of iron can impair the absorption of zinc. However, this only applies if both are taken in high doses. With normal-dose combination preparations (such as our organic multivitamins) this is generally negligible, as the formulations are adjusted accordingly.

Hello! I’ve been taking the capsules regularly for a good 6 weeks now. The intake is simple and very practical, even working perfectly on the go! Before, I had another product as a pure powder, which was quite cumbersome to take. I think you could even open the capsules and use the powder without the shells. The tolerability for me is excellent. However, I can’t notice a positive effect yet (after 6 weeks). But there are no negative effects either, which in itself is positive 😉 The ladies here say that one should give it time. I think I will stick with this product, as it’s finally one that is designed specifically for men 45+. I was born in 1962…
