Where does the organic turmeric used for Ogaenics grow?

The kurkurma used for ogaenics is grown in India in the Andhra and Tamilnadu regions. Seeds are sown in June and July, depending also on the onset of monsoon rains. Germination is very fast and 95% takes place above ground. Turmeric grows for eight to new months and is harvested the following year in February and March.

How is Ogaenics organic turmeric extract made?

Turmeric roots are separated from the rest of the plant, washed, then cleaned in a turmeric kettle for one to two hours. Then the roots are spread in a field and dried in the sun for five to seven days. The dried roots are then stored for three to four months in a dark, dry and cool place.
In further processing, the outer shell is removed, followed by fine grinding, extraction, then distillation and concentration. After extraction, the fresh oleoresin is separated into curcuminoids, the oils and the resin: the pure high-quality organic turmeric extract with 95% content of curcuminoids is created. Due to the gentle extraction, the extract is free from any possible toxic residues.

In a turmeric powder, the freshly harvested turmeric roots are only finely ground and then used directly as a powder. Thus, the entire sectrum of all precious plant substances of the root is available.
