Only in special circumstances (e.g. very little sunshine → vitamin D, special therapeutic recommendations) or dietary restrictions (e.g. no dairy products → calcium) can it make sense to supplement individual substances in a targeted manner.
Calcium and magnesium are deliberately separate products in Ogaenics, as they compete with the trace elements in MRS DO-IT-ALL 18+ for absorption and should be taken at separate times.
It is true that the absorption of iron can impair the absorption of zinc. However, this only applies if both are taken in high doses. With normal-dose combination preparations (such as our organic multivitamins) this is generally negligible, as the formulations are adjusted accordingly.
Yes, MRS DO-IT-ALL 18+ is ideally suited for this. With folate, iron, zinc and B vitamins, it provides optimum support during the pre-pregnancy period. However, as soon as you are pregnant, you should switch to a special preparation such as our Ogaenics Prenatal Multi, as your body then needs even higher amounts of certain nutrients.

I’ve been taking vitamin B12 and iron for anaemia for a long time, but it’s never really been converted into red blood cells and the doctors are at a loss, thinking I’m missing an enzyme.
I suspected that the supermarket and pharmacy supplements were too synthetic, so I decided to try a natural ingredient from Ogaenics. After two to three weeks, I don’t feel as helpless and tired all day, which used to be a problem when I had a toddler. I chose to take the full dose of vitamins because you don’t really know what you’re missing, rather than just iron, and I think this multivitamin was the right choice to start with.
I can’t see combining it with other Ogaenics products yet, although they say you can’t overdose, I have concerns about taking too many capsules a day and need to see if I can afford to buy at least one type of product regularly. At the moment, with sales and vouchers, I only pay 1 euro a day, which is fine (I only take one capsule to make it last longer, and it seems to work), but if you order it, it’s quite expensive and you have to think carefully.
Anyway, I think Ogaenics is better than all the synthetic stuff in the local shops, as it really does seem to be better absorbed by the body. Thank you very much!
