It is true that the absorption of iron can impair the absorption of zinc. However, this only applies if both are taken in high doses. With normal-dose combination preparations (such as our organic multivitamins) this is generally negligible, as the formulations are adjusted accordingly.

I cannot assess the effectiveness of Mrs Do-It-All 55+ in the relatively short time I’ve been using it. I haven’t noticed any changes in my well-being.
Except for zinc, my blood levels were fine as of mid-December 2024.
Would it be possible to do without the elaborate and probably costly outer packaging? Perhaps everything necessary could be included on the bottle itself, maybe with a peel-off label?
When removing the seal from the bottle, adhesive residues remain, which could potentially enter the bottle. Could this be avoided somehow?
