Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) is one of the most precious plants in the world. Around 150,000 flowers are harvested by hand to make 1 kg of saffron – each one precisely hand-picked. As an organic brand for food supplements, we are subject to the European Health Claims Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006. We may only use health claims relating to vitamins and minerals if they have been scientifically tested and officially approved.
