Vitamin D3 is obtained from organic lichen and is therefore 100% plant-based. It is embedded in a natural matrix and is readily bioavailable – without synthetic additives.
As a rule, you take one capsule every two days. In consultation with a healthcare professional, the dosage can be increased to up to two capsules a day if necessary. This corresponds to 4,000 IU of vitamin D and is considered a safe daily amount according to the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment. For optimal absorption, we recommend taking HELLO SUNSHINE with a meal or a small snack. Foods that contain healthy fats are particularly suitable – a full meal is not necessary.

The glass packaging is great! It should always be the standard. After three weeks, I can’t say too much yet, but I feel quite good. Maybe in my next review, I can say more about it.
