The time it takes to see the first results of taking Hello Sunshine plus K2 depends on several factors. These include, for example, your baseline level of vitamin D, your age, your lifestyle, and your diet.
Studies show that it typically takes at least eight weeks to see a significant increase in blood levels of vitamin D. However, it can take up to six months for blood levels to normalize. Especially if you’ve had a pronounced vitamin D deficiency.
You normally take one capsule every two days. You can increase this dose to one capsule per day in consultation with your doctor.
