Shipping & Returns

If you order Monday – Friday by 12:00 noon, we will send your products on their way the same day.

Orders received Monday – Friday after 12:00 noon will be dispatched the next working day.

So you always have your favorite products with you at lightning speed. Our warehouse and logistics team does not work at weekends.

Where we ship

Ogaenics currently ships to all EU member states, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. We are working closely with our partners to ship Ogaenics to other countries in the near future.

Germany, Austria, France:

• Standard shipping is FREE for orders over € 59.00 (transit time 1-3 working days).
• Standard shipping € 3.90 for all orders under € 59.00 (transit time 1-3 working days).

EU:

• Standard shipping is FREE for orders over €120.00 (transit time 2-6 working days).
• Standard shipping € 9.90 for all orders under € 120.00 (delivery time 2-6 working days).

Norway, Great Britain, Switzerland:

• Standard shipping is FREE for orders over 200,00 € (transit time 3-7 working days).
• Standard shipping € 19.90 for all orders under € 200.00 (delivery time 3-7 working days).

All shipments to non-EU countries are delivered with an invoice showing the value of the goods. Customs duties, customs clearance fees and taxes of the customer’s country are not included and are borne by the end consumer. These fees and costs will not be reimbursed by Ogaenics.

Shipping to packing stations

We are also happy to send your order to packing stations within Germany. Please enter the relevant packing station details as the delivery address.

Shipping to an alternative delivery address

Would you like to have your order sent to an address other than the one specified on the invoice? No problem! Simply enter the alternative delivery address during the order process on the “Checkout” page in the “Alternative delivery address” section.

Return process EN

1. Revocation: If you wish to return items from your order, you must submit a revocation within 14 days of delivery. Items received outside the specified return period will not be accepted. Use the withdrawal form on our website.
2. Item condition: Returns must be unopened/unused and in the original packaging.
   • Damaged items upon receipt cannot be refunded.
   • Opened or used items can only be refunded via store credit at the discretion of Ogaenics.
   • Returns that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be returned to you and/or a refund may be denied. We cannot be held responsible for missing returns or items in transit.
3. Free items: If an order is returned in part or in full, all free items received with the order must also be returned.
4. Returns label: After receipt of your revocation, you will receive a returns label to print out yourself for orders within Germany. Stick it clearly visible on the parcel and take it to the nearest post office or Packstation. Please note that we do not cover any collection costs.

Costs for returns DE

• As the customer, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
• The current return postage within Germany is 6.90 € (DHL)
• The costs of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
• We ask for your understanding that we will have to deduct the penalty postage (18 euros) charged to us from the refund amount for unstamped or insufficiently stamped returned items.

Dealing with undeliverable items

We strive to avoid unnecessary returns and the associated environmental impact as a company. We therefore encourage you to check your details carefully when ordering in order to prevent such situations and to act more sustainably together. If your shipment is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address or because you did not collect it from the post office on time, we will therefore have to deduct the costs incurred from any refund. These are currently as follows:

Return process EU countries

You have a 14-day right of return for orders within the EU.
Returns from non-EU countries are excluded.

This is how the return works:

1. Request a return
   Send an e-mail to hello@ogaenics.com with your order number and your return request. We will check your request and confirm whether the return has been authorized.

2. Packing items
   Pack the items you want to return securely in the original box.

3. Carry out return shipment

   • You bear the costs for the return shipment.
   • We recommend insured shipping, as you are liable for lost or damaged packages.

4. Receive a refund

   • As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund you the amount charged.
   • Processing can take up to 7 working days.
   • You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your refund has been processed.
