Your tasks
- Advice and support for our customers by phone, email, chat and social media, including follow-up communication and escalation management.
- Support in answering customer inquiries and general administrative tasks to increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of FAQ documents and advisory materials and their continuous updating.
- Organization and implementation of customer workshops and events, including follow-up and evaluation.
- Recording and evaluating customer feedback to improve our service offering and creating corresponding reports and analyses.
Your profile
- Completed training as a certifiednutritionist, alternative practitioner or comparable.
- Sound knowledge in the field of food supplements.
- Experience in using ticket systems and project management tools such as Asana.
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pleasant telephone voice, excellent written and spoken German and good English skills.
- Structured, careful and independent way of working.

- Email marketing: Planning and implementation of email campaigns and further development of our marketing automation flows in Klaviyo.
- Content creation: creation and optimization of landing pages, newsletters, blog posts and brochures as well as graphic work with Canva
- Store management: Maintaining and updating our online store via WooCommerce to present products and content in an up-to-date and high-conversion manner.
- Data analysis: Analysis of user data with Google Analytics in order to derive well-founded recommendations for our marketing measures.
Qualification
- Experience with WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Canva, Jira and Asana.
- Sound knowledge in the creation and optimization of e-mail campaigns and flows.
- Ideally interest or knowledge in the field of dietary supplements.
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English.
- Structured, independent and careful way of working.
- Creative writing and the ability to present complex topics clearly and comprehensibly.

Qualification
- Studying marketing, communication, media studies or a related subject. You should be at least in your 3rd semester.
- Initial practical experience in the field of online marketing is an advantage.
- You are confident in using Mac and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Woocommerce, Google Analytics, Canva, Asana and Klaviyo is an additional advantage.
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English.
- You work conscientiously, carefully and independently.
- You love writing and can get to the heart of complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
