Tasks

Supporting the Customer Happiness team in answering customer inquiries and general administrative tasks to increase customer satisfaction

Advising and supporting our customers by phone, email, chat and social media, including follow-up communication and escalation management

Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of FAQ documents and advisory materials and continuous updating of this content

Support in the organization and implementation of customer workshops and events, including follow-up and evaluation

Collecting and evaluating customer feedback to continuously improve our service offering and preparing corresponding reports and analysis
Qualification

Ideally you are studying ecotrophology or similar

You have a high level of service orientation, always find the right words and the best possible solution

You are confident in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

You have a pleasant telephone voice and excellent written and spoken German and can also communicate well with international customers in English

You have a keen interest in topics related to dietary supplements and are willing to familiarize yourself quickly and in depth with this field

Tasks
- Email marketing: Planning and implementation of email campaigns and further development of our marketing automation flows in Klaviyo.
- Content creation: creation and optimization of landing pages, newsletters, blog posts and brochures as well as graphic work with Canva
- Store management: Maintaining and updating our online store via WooCommerce to present products and content in an up-to-date and high-conversion manner.
- Data analysis: Analysis of user data with Google Analytics in order to derive well-founded recommendations for our marketing measures.
Qualification
- Experience with WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Canva, Jira and Asana.
- Sound knowledge in the creation and optimization of e-mail campaigns and flows.
- Ideally interest or knowledge in the field of dietary supplements.
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English.
- Structured, independent and careful way of working.
- Creative writing and the ability to present complex topics clearly and comprehensibly.

That’s why we’re looking for you: a creative and analytical mind to take our email marketing and CRM to the next level.
Tasks
- Responsibility for our email marketing strategy from newsletter campaigns to automated flows
- Segmentation and personalization of our customer communication with a focus on performance and customer experience
- Creation of converting copy texts – sometimes educational, sometimes salesy
- Designing emails and simple creatives with Canva
- Analysis of KPIs and derivation of optimizations
- Close cooperation with GF, Online Marketing, Social Media and Customer Happiness
Qualification
- 1-3 years experience in email marketing or CRM
- Experience with Klaviyo is a plus, but not a must – motivation & willingness to learn count more
- Analytical thinking meets creativity
- You approach people openly and enjoy communication
- Copywriting experience with a clear focus: sell or educate (references or a small portfolio are an advantage)
- Confident in using Canva
- ChatGPT is an everyday work tool for you
- Fluent German and very good written & spoken English skills
- Training or studies? Nice, but not decisive
