We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) for Online Marketing Customer Loyalty to support us with 20 hours per week.

Tasks
- Support in the creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns
- Collaboration in the further development of our marketing automation for customer retention
- Collaboration in the maintenance and optimization of our social media channels
- Supporting the Customer Happiness department: answering and processing customer inquiries and reviews, communicating with our fulfillment partner
- Creating content for our blog and social media channels
- Analysis of customer feedback and user data to derive recommendations for action to optimize our marketing measures
Qualification
- You are enrolled as a student in marketing, communication or a similar course of study.
- You have a passion for digital marketing and some experience in this field.
- You are creative, a strong communicator and have an independent way of working.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
- You are confident in using Mac and MS Office and have ideally already worked with marketing tools such as Canva, Asana, Klaviyo.
- You have a keen interest in topics related to dietary supplements and are willing to familiarize yourself quickly and in depth with this field

- Support product development and improvement by contributing ideas and working on the implementation of new concepts
