Order

1. shopping cart

With the button “Add to cart” you select the products you want to order. The selection in the “shopping cart” you can update, change, add or reduce products at any time.

2. select checkout/payment method

The button “checkout” leads you to the next page, where you can complete your order. If you have a Ogaenics coupon and did not apply it to your shopping cart, you can enter it here. If you have a customer account, you can log in with your email address and password. You can also order as a guest without a customer account.

The data will of course be collected, processed and used in strict compliance with data protection regulations and will only be passed on for the purpose of processing the order, e.g. to dispatch the order. If you want the Ogaenics products to be delivered to another address instead of your billing address, check the “Send to another address?” box. The second address box “Different delivery address” will then open automatically.

3. check & send order

Check your order in the overview on the right: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and the selected payment method and shipping method. Please read the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only continue if you agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy (check the box). You can make changes by clicking on the “back” button. By clicking the button “buy” you send your order to us and submit a legally binding offer. Our store has a 256 bit SSL encryption to protect the data.

4. order confirmation and shipment tracking

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details. After we have shipped the order, you will receive an email notification with the shipment number.
